you can buy access to an online software product to create
/ send but it's not always as easy as that - as a lot
of our clients can attest! We can take care of it for

We find that every situation is different, however take
this example below:
You have a database of 11,347 customers and you would
like to send a nicely formatted html email newsletter
once a month, and occasionly send special offers by email
too.
First, we design an email template that will hold your
newsletter and reflect the look of your business. The
template is the part that will remain consistent each
time a newsletter is sent:

nice graphic, |

footer including the opt out link,
and |

style sheet which will determine the
look of the content, eg. font colours, link rollovers,
table borders, etc. |
Once your template is made, we're ready to go! Each time
you would like to send a newsletter you need only provide
the content. You can provide text and images in any format
(word, ppt, pdf, plain text, etc) and we will place the
content in your template and optimise the formatting.
You will be emailed a newsletter proof and once approved,
we will send the email out to your database.

A report will be provided for each
send that includes totals for:
- sent
- opened by the recipient
- bounced (soft + hard)
- opt outs |
